3-10 Grosvenor CrescentThis current two stage project will convert an unbroken crescentshaped terrace of eight Grade ll* listed buildings into 17 Essenza Style lateral living (large single storey) apartments across a total gross floor area of approximately 7000m2.

Our works comprise primarily new hardwood and softwood panelled doors to match existing, frames skirtings and architraves. We have also undertaken the refurbishment of all existing shutters to windows.

 

Duke of York's HQ (Sir Robert McAlpine)

Duke of York's HQIn its new incarnation as the Saatchi Gallery, the renovated Duke of York’s Headquarters in Chelsea showcases works from one of the largest private collections of contemporary art in the world.

The transformation of this listed building involved the creation of a series of 12 huge rooms over three floors within the existing building. A rear extension housing three additional gallery areas links to the main building via a glazed walkway.

Our works comprise the manufacture and installation of timber staircases to the private apartments.

Phillimore SqPhillimore Square is a landmark residential development on Campden Hill, Kensington, adjacent to Holland Park. The scheme, which is build on land that was originally part of King’s College, comprises eight contemporary townhouses and 35 apartments set around a picturesque central communal garden.

This extensive joinery package included doorsets, ironmongery, fitted veneered cupoards and display units, Oak staircases, engineered Oak flooring and ironmongery.

Montrose PlaceMontrose Place provides 15 luxury apartments over five storeys in the heart of London’s Belgravia.

Built on the site of a former hostel, this 4,000m2 residential development is exquisitely executed, with high quality interior finishes including marble and oak floors, Macassar ebony and ebonised oak joinery.

The scheme includes an underground car park, communal landscaped gardens, a courtyard area and a piece of public art by internationally acclaimed artist Andy Goldsworthy. Our works comprised a substantial roofworks package and internal joinery to apartments.

The alteration and extensive refurbishment of this Grade II listed private residence includes finishes to ten bathrooms, fitting out of the kitchen and utility rooms, installation of lift and food hoists and extensive electrical, mechanical and audio visual systems.

Two new entrance kiosks adjacent to the main entrance gates have also been built.

The internal finishes are of the finest quality and Walter Lilly carefully chose subcontractors from it’s approved supply chain that could achieve the Clients and Architects expectations of the high quality of finish required, in particular to plaster, fibrous plaster and joinery elements.
