St Martins Courtyard

We have been working on a £400,000 Roofworks package, and have recently secured an £800,000 Joinery package for Wates Construction at St Martin’s Courtyard London WC2. This will provide shopping, leisure, work and living space in the heart of Covent Garden, and is due to open in summer 2010.

The scheme will house 25 shops totalling 70,000 sq ft, 5 restaurants totalling 29,000 sq ft, 70,000 sq ft of premium office space and 37 luxury residential apartments.
